Mentoring and networking opportunities for female-led and female-managed businesses in high-growth sectors
The Go Succeed Female Founders Programme is designed to support female-led and female-managed businesses in high-growth sectors across Northern Ireland.
The programme offers:
- Expert mentorship - up to 20 hours of expert one-to-one mentoring
- Networking opportunities - access to group mentoring and networking sessions with local female leaders
- Business growth support
- Leadership development
- Access to funding and resources
Eligibility criteria:
- Businesses should be female-owned/led
- Businesses should be pre-trading/early-stage trading
- Participants must not have received any Go Succeed support
The programme will run until Tuesday 31 March 2026.
