Go Succeed Female Growth Programme

Mentoring and networking opportunities for female-led and female-managed businesses in high-growth sectors

The Go Succeed Female Founders Programme is designed to support female-led and female-managed businesses in high-growth sectors across Northern Ireland.

The programme offers:

• Expert mentorship - up to 20 hours of expert one-to-one mentoring
• Networking opportunities - access to group mentoring and networking sessions with local female leaders
• Business growth support
• Leadership development
• Access to funding and resources

Eligibility criteria:

• Businesses should be female-owned/led
• Businesses should be pre-trading/early-stage trading
• Participants must not have received any Go Succeed support
