Who it is for
WeScale is for ambitious women founders leading established SMEs across the island of Ireland who are preparing for their next phase of expansion.
This programme is particularly suited to founders who are:
- Increasing revenues, complexity or team size.
- Exploring funding options or actively seeking investment.
- Preparing for investor conversations, due diligence or pitch readiness.
- Expanding into new markets or strengthening commercial and operational structures.
If you are moving beyond early-stage development and want to build an investor-ready, scalable business, WeScale is designed for you.

Support you can get
WeScale is a programme for women founders who are serious about scaling their business, strengthening their business fundamentals and preparing for investment.
Delivered by AwakenHub in collaboration with Cranfield University, WeScale combines world-class teaching with practical business application, bespoke mentoring and direct access to investor and corporate networks.
With 18 places per cohort, WeScale creates a focused, high-trust, high-challenge community designed to support women founders who are building credible, scalable businesses, and help them engage confidently with investors. The programme is designed to help women founders move from growth ambition to investment readiness and execution.
