Defence Relationship Management (DRM) is the single point of contact linking employers with the Ministry of Defence (MOD).
DRM can advise you on:
- how to develop a Reservist human resources policy
- Reservists' training obligations
- employers' rights and responsibilities
- the benefits of employing Reservists
- mobilisation issues
