Employer event | Shaping better work and wellbeing

News

Opportunity for employers to influence a new Work and Health Model for Northern Ireland at this Belfast workshop.

The Department for Communities (DfC) is hosting a co-design workshop to shape a new Work and Health Model for Northern Ireland, with a strong emphasis on integrating employability, health, and community-based supports.

Why should employers attend this workshop?

This workshop gives employers a good opportunity to:

  • influence future policy and support models
  • share what's working (or not working) in practice
  • help shape early intervention approaches to improve workforce health and participation

Employers are invited to play a key role in identifying and designing solutions, in testing preventative and early intervention approaches, and in telling DfC what works. Employer support and buy-in is highly valued and critical to achieving success.
