Support is available for tourism businesses that aspire to have motivated, well-supported employees that deliver outstanding customer experiences and drive real business results.

This growth programme is best suited for businesses with significant workforces where the impacts of the programme can have best success.

Businesses are expected to commit for two years and provide a senior level lead to ensure programme success.

Support you can get

Participating businesses will receive:

• an independent and confidential employee survey within your organisation
• a bespoke action plan based on the results of the employee survey
• one to one HR expert people management support and training over a two year period
• certification and recognition within Tourism NI's Workplace Excellence Programme
