Who it is for

Employers based in Northern Ireland.

Support you can get

The Northern Ireland Chest Heart & Stroke (NICHS) programme is free of charge and aims to improve workplace health, wellbeing and culture.

Small and medium-sized businesses will receive:

Free Health Champion training for employees
Free NICHS Well Talks or Well Webinars for staff
Free advanced workplace health training, including mental health first aid
Professional networking opportunities for health champions
Ongoing workshops to increase knowledge and expertise
Resources for your health and wellbeing initiatives
Ongoing personalised support from the NICHS Workplace Health and Wellbeing team

Employers will also have the opportunity to achieve a bronze, silver and gold accreditation for their workplace.
