WeGrow
A six-month all-island programme designed to support women entrepreneurs with established businesses in building a clear strategy for business growth.

Who it is for
The programme is ideal for women entrepreneurs and founders whose businesses:
- Are established and trading for at least two years and have a proven product or service and existing customer base.
- Are generating revenue, and have a minimum annual turnover of £78,500/€90,000, but want to grow in a more structured way and are considering expanding beyond their current market, including cross-border.
- Want to take time to focus on strategy before progressing further.
It is particularly suited to women entrepreneurs who feel there is more potential in the business but need clarity on next steps; who want to make more informed decisions around growth opportunities, and would benefit from external challenge, structure and direction.

Support you can get
WeGrow is a six-month all-island growth programme designed to support established businesses to take a more strategic approach.
It offers the time, structure and support needed to step back from day-to-day activity and focus on the business' strategic direction, ensuring that business growth is grounded in strong strategic foundations.
Participants will join a group of like-minded founders to analyse and reflect on their business, while engaging in in-person events, online workshops, peer learning and expert guidance.

The WeGrow programme is delivered by InterTradeIreland in partnership with Invest Northern Ireland and Enterprise Ireland, as part of the Shared Island Enterprise Scheme, funded by the Government of Ireland. The delivery partners are Women in Business Northern Ireland and Network Ireland.
