The Employee Upskilling Programme provides local employers, employees and residents across Lisburn and Castlereagh City Council with the opportunity to boost their business skills and gain a Chartered Management (CMI) qualification.

Lisburn and Castlereagh Labour Market Partnership is providing these free online programmes which will be delivered by South Eastern Regional College.

Available courses:

  • CMI Level 5 Award in Management and Leadership - Start date 8 January 2026
  • CMI Level 3 Award in Project Management - Start date 12 January 2026
